I purchased a Lexus NX 300h from Woodson cars just over a week ago. The whole experience was extremely pleasurable.
I came across the car whilst browsing auto trader the exact spec I have been looking for, for some time. I rang and spoke to Adam but due to work commitments was unable to get there until a week later, Adam immediately sent me an in depth video of the vehicle and throughout the week kept in constant communication as to whether it was still available.
I viewed the car on a Saturday and was impressed with Adam's professionalism allowing me to take as long as I wanted test driving the car.
Also Adam was prepared to wait for full payment for a few more days and was more than happy to have the car prepped and ready for me at my convenience.
Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again as and when I need a replacement which I don't imagine will be any time soon as I am over the moon with my purchase.

I just purchased a very nice E Class estate and Sophie went through all the details, the history and answered all my questions with confidence. Within 5min of arrival from Scotland I as out test driving solo, no pushy sales no problems a sleek process. Even took an old workhorse Volvo off my hands for more than I expected. I would say first class service thank you. The car's great, was well presented had been serviced and valeted and looked stunning on the forecourt. I had a great experience with Woodson Cars, especially with Adam who was my point of contact. Everything was very easy to set-up in terms of a viewing and I travelled four hours since the customer service was so good. Adam was a pleasure to deal with. After viewing the car, I decided not to purchase but I'd have no hesitation going back to Woodson for the right car.

We visited Woodson Cars to look for a car and had a really great experience. The facilities were excellent and very welcoming. A special mention to Brad, who was absolutely great! Very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and relaxed.

What an easy experience. Rang up for a car I seen got through to Brad, explained I wanted the car today he moved mountains for me to get it all sorted and done got a very good price on trade in for my current car also. Then to add to it the whole process was complete in sub 2 hours which included a fresh service on the new car etc. quick easy and simple can't fault them. Massive thanks to Brad at Woodson Cars for being so patient!

I called Brad Thursday and was there within two hours"”as soon as they pulled the car out, my eyes melted and I knew it was mine.

I test drove it Thursday night, and then proceeded to pepper them with about a thousand questions all evening on email.

I was so keen I practically beat them to work on Friday morning! I was there before 9am as the shutters were going up, catching Ben mid-window-clean 😆.

Even though I was a total nuisance turning up before the money had even transferred, the lads were so polite and even had a coffee on the go while I waited to pounce on Brad for a chat.

The finance was sorted with a decent APR and zero pressure. Brad is so chilled he'd probably fall asleep during a sale!

They completed a full service and a little extra job I requested, and I collected it Monday night, it was gleaming ❤️

They are so responsive on the phone and made it all so easy. Love the car!

I had seen the advert for a BMW i3 from Woodson Cars on Autotrader so gave them a call to enquire. Spoke to Sophie who answered all my questions & made an appointment to view it later that day. On arrival we were met by Sophie who showed us into their customer waiting room where there are hot drinks, fruit & biscuits while she went & got the keys to the car. Sophie took us outside to the car & said to look around it & take as long as we wanted then left us to it. After a good look we asked Sophie if we could have a test drive & she Showed me the basic operations of the car as I'd not had an electric before & gave us a very clear printed test drive route to follow as we didn't know the area & again told us to take as long as we wanted. Decided to buy & sat down with Sophie to complete the deal. There a few small issues with the car ie 2 rear tyres were getting close to legal limit, lower bumper trim was loose etc. We agreed that they would rectify these small issues including having the 2 tyres replaced which would have cost me £300 for £120. Collected the car 3 days later & all the small jobs were completed as promised. Bought my Mazda 6 from Woodson Cars and the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. I dealt with Sophie and Brad, and both were professional, straight to the point and completely pressure-free.

When viewing the car, they leave it outside ready for you. I asked for it not to be running so I could do a cold start, and they were happy to do that. They leave you alone to fully inspect the car in your own time, and even allow you to test drive it on your own, no pressure at all.

They listened to what I needed and met every request to the best of their ability. The finance process was fast, simple and clearly explained. The car was spotless on collection and exactly as described.

It's also a comfortable place to buy a car free tea/coffee area, kid-friendly with toys if needed, and a relaxed atmosphere overall.

Looking for a new vehicle after 5 years with my Volvo, I wanted to shop local and a number of friends said try Woodson Cars. 5/5 stars amazing service. Recently bought a 2017 focus and I've got to say the whole process was very smooth. I looked at the car online and submitted a finance application and within 24 hours the sales team were in contact and asked if I would like to view the car. Viewing the car couldn't have been a better experience the team were very helpful. They left me to it and let me get a feel of the car by myself at first so it felt like there wasn't pressure being put on you. After the test drive I was taken into the office for a chat to speak to the team and ask any questions about the car. The finance process went extremely fast and smooth, within a couple of days my finance was in place and I had a date to pick up the car. I did have a couple of issues with the car once I had it but it's a used car things are going to go wrong with them from time to time, this isn't the dealers fault. All I had to do was get back in contact with the dealership and they made arrangements for me with one of there car garages close by. Dowdson garage were amazing and managed to fix my cars issues ASAP. Big thanks to Woodson cars and Dowdson garage. I have just purchased a car for my husband as a surprise for his 50th Birthday. Right from our first visit EVERYONE was so helpful. The premises are professional, extremely clean and they have really thought about the buyers experience. There is a play room for if you have children to entertain whilst finding the family car, even a play area in the room where all the paperwork is completed and also there is a lovely refreshment area where you have a selection of hot and cold drinks with biscuits and fresh fruit.
The whole team were amazing from the initial gentleman that greeted me to the man that valeted the car and all the people in between in the background. I would especially like to thank Sophie and Brad for being helpful, friendly and more than anything genuine and authentic, loved chatting to them both.
I would most certainly recommend this car sales to anyone, based on my experience.

I recently purchased an Audi A3 from Woodsons with part exchange. I'm based in Scotland so I was a little hesitant about buying a car at such a distance. In order to do part exchange I also needed to drive my old car down to them as they couldn't accept an exchange at a distance, so I was a bit nervous that I'd drive all the way down and they'd suddenly change the price on me/ the car I was purchasing wouldn't be as described etc. etc.

Happily that absolutely wasn't the case, Sophie made the whole exchange process very smooth and when I collected my new car from Brad it was exactly as described and in very good condition. Both were obvisouly very knowledgeable about cars and very professional and fair when it came to negotiating the price for my old car. Woodsons also offer AA warranties, for those who live too far from the dealership to make meaningful use of their own warranty, so that's really given me peace of mind. What a wonderful experience we have had when buying my Mini Countryman from Woodson Cars Ltd.

Sophie was really helpful and friendly on the phone when reserving the car with a refundable deposit. She explained the procedure well and arranged for the car to be serviced and prepared prior to our viewing on Saturday as we had a fairly long journey to make.

We were warmly met by Brad and Sophie on the day, offered refreshments and given a chance to relax before being handed the keys to have a thorough look over the car on our own. A quick check of my driving licence and a suggested route print out given to us then we were on our way for a test drive, again on our own. There was no time limit at all, the whole feeling was very laid back and really put us at ease.

At no point did we feel rushed to hurry our viewing or make a decision which was very refreshing. We loved the car and Brad was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as he talked through our purchase and optional extras. We then had unlimited use of the customer lounge area including drinks, snacks and WiFi whilst we sorted our insurance out before making the journey home.

The after sale help has been just as amazing, from help with setting up the extended warranty to Nick sending me photos to show me where the locking wheel nut is found in a Mini - who knew!

A few weeks ago, my car unexpectedly packed in so I had to get a new one on the fly and Brad was an amazing help, getting the car (LGC) ready for me at short notice.

Apologies for the length of time it's taken myself to write this review.

I bought a 2014 Mercedes c220d from Woodson cars a few months ago now.

I cannot comment on how perfect the vehicle is, it was my first time buying anything in this sort of range of motor and I am not disappointed.

Starting with how the car was advertised online, is exactly how the car was presented to myself, every minor detail they honestly listed, was exactly how it was on the car, from a minor scratch by the door handle to the freshly refurbished wheels.

The team at Woodson cars were phenomenal, their communication with myself, from interest and handover was second to none. They have even contact myself after sale too, which I find is quite rare in the car sales industry.

If you're looking for an exceptional car, handled by a brilliant team, i personally wouldn't look no further.

I haven't had a single issue with this car during my 3/4 months of ownership now.

Sophie was incredible! She really knows her cars. She explained what had been done to the car and all of the cars history, explained aftercare packages and answered all my questions with confidence.

I'm really happy with my car, but I would definitely use the garage again, when the time comes to upgrade.

Woodson Cars have shepherded me gently through what could have been a traumatic experience and I am pleased to say that the car recently bought from them (in December 2024) is proving to be everything I hoped it would be! Gareth initially sorted me out with a test drive and although there were a few "˜sticky moments' along the way (stalling - and then struggling to cope with the re-start procedure in a queue of traffic) the past few weeks have shown me that the car I now have is world's away from the one that I part-exchanged. Sophie shepherded me through the initial process and I cannot speak highly enough of her skills as she guided me through it. I eventually recovered from being shown that the traded-in vehicle had been "stolen and recovered" (news to me!) and that it was in such a state that "recycling" was the only option. We had an exceptional experience with Woodson cars after sadly a horrendous experience with a previous car we bought from another dealer and had to return.

From initial enquiry with Sophie (who was so friendly and helpful) to arriving to test drive the BMW where we were looked after by Gareth. The whole experience was amazing in comparison to previous experiences.

Gareth let us test drive 2 cars and told us to take our time. He was friendly, laid back not pushy at all and when we found the car we liked, he was really accommodating when we explained we'd like the car but couldn't collect until after our holiday. It was no trouble at all, a deposit was paid and car was serviced, MOTd and ready to collect 2 weeks later with a warranty.

We collected the car from Sophie who was also lovely and down to earth. The whole experience from start to finish was heart warming and not your typical car dealership. We felt they really valued customers and wanted the best experience for them.

We'll definitely return for our next car.

I found my ideal motor 200 miles away and wanted some reassurance with my big purchase. And that's what I got.

I had a really bad experience with another delearship prior going to woodson cars and i can honestly say what an amazing experience i recieved whilst here, brilliant customer service and very reassuring, i looked at a couple of cars whilst i was there Gareth helped me along the whole way whilst giving me keys to the cars i was interested in to have a look inside, i was interested in a seat leon fr and i was able to take for a test drive the same day, nothing was to much to much trouble and any issues i did come across on the test drive which was minor was all sorted before i picked the car up a week later and was also given a bottle of wine for my custom, i cant thank Gareth enough for the experience i received what an amazing dealership this is and i would highly recommend

Second to none Aftercare! I was looking at a couple cars in my local area and tried a few different options at this garage and a couple of others where this garage didn't supply the stock. Sophie and Gareth were brilliant from start to finish they have built this business on their customer service you can tell. Even gave me advice on the other cars at the other shops (promoting the other vehicle as a good car for me still.. they really help you decide what's best for you.) Long story short I really liked a jag in another shop and I found it on par with a 3 series I tested in this shop. The thing that split it for me was I knew I'll be well looked after long after purchase here which is probably the most important factor when buying a used car. I have total peace of mind with the warranty and the use of their own garage that they service car buying customers only in at trade prices whenever you want or need. They've even sorted a little niggle that is just common with used cars straight away a few days after purchase. They have gained a customer as long as I stay in the area and will also help me source the upgrade I want in a year or 2 and buy the 3 series back from me. I came to collect my car from Woodson cars this week and what an absolute pleasure it was.upon my first visit to choose my car I was met by Sophie very professional may I say I told her my budget ,car etc I'm looking for an she quickly checked which where still available and on site. Sophie proceeded to get me some keys and left me to look around them no pushy sales like other car dealers I was given as long as I liked which I felt very comfortable with. There was two that I really liked so Sophie took My driving license to copy so I could have a test drive she told me the route to take an off I went.
Soon after I chose the one | like then she took me over to her office offered me tea or coffee which was nice then explained the process in clear detail etc.
Once I was happy with everything she said I'll give you a call once your cars ready to collect. So yesterday (Wednesday) I was met by Sophie and Gareth my car was parked at the front looking like a different car they had gone above and beyond I even said is that my car I was over the moon . We did a few last bits of paperwork I was handed the keys and a lovely presented bottle of wine and off I went very happy. Id like to say this has been the best experience buying a used car at Woodson cars and I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a car, l'II most definitely be back again as I know I don't need to look else where from now on.

Woodson cars have been amazing to deal with from start to finish.

From choosing my car online and initial contact nothing was too much trouble. I was eager to pick up the car and they made sure to have it ready in time. While collecting the car they were polite and offered drinks and rest while things were transferred over such as tax and insurance.

I did have an issue with the car when I got home and contacted the company who offered for me to take it back and have it fixed or pay the cost of their garage to repair to a local garage. I opted to take the car to them and they gave me a courtesy car to use while mine was repaired.

Both Gareth and Sophie dealt with me all the way through from beginning to end and have both been wonderful, lovely people. I can't recommend enough.

The experience buying a car from Woodson cars was second to none! They were recommended highly for their top quality stock annd service and I am really happy I chose to buy my new car from them! It was a long drive from London but it was well worth the trip, especially after all the effort they made to make the handover special and memorable- they even put a bow on the car for me as it was a surprise for my other half! So I was I need of a second hand car.After hours on auto trader I managed to find my beloved Mercedes B-class at Woodson cars ltd.Still don't believe that there is still good dealers who actually care about cars the car is spotless absolutely amazing. Obviously used cars have wee scratches and imperfections but really my "new" Mercedes it's like new! Thanks to Sophie I managed to buy and drive away my car in 1day. After a previous disastrous car purchase at a different dealer I was hesitant to put any money down on a car from a distance, I spoke to Gareth and had many questions which he answered swiftly and more importantly honestly. Put deposit down at end of call and swiftly received multiple videos documenting car condition inside and outside along with service record. From there finance was arranged and I picked car up 4 days later, it was as described and in just as good condition as videos portrayed.

Gareth showed me around the car and explained all the features and once I was comfortable with the car he sent me out on a test drive alone whilst he valued my part exchange.

Once back from test drive and happy with price of part exchange we sorted out remaining balance, warranty and he taxed the vehicle for me.

Was a nice touch to be given a bottle of wine in a nice wooden presentation box.

All in all Gareth restored my faith in car dealers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy again from him/woodson cars.

P.S....although I mainly dealt with Gareth on the times I spoke to Sophie she was just as pleasent and knowledgeable about the car. - 5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEW
